Parents and Citizens Association (P&C)7pm, 3rd Monday of each month in the Middle/Senior School Library. These meetings are open to all parents of the college and any interested citizens with the aim to build a warm, supportive school environment for our children.

Helen Baxter - College Liaison OfficerKelvin Grove State College is one of a few schools in Brisbane that employ a part time Liaison Officer. Helen's role is to act as a contact point for parents and assist in College events where parents and the community may be involved.
Parents and Citizens GroupsParent Advisory Groups are attended by the respective Sub-School Principals and coordinated by a P&C representative. As meetings are now in the evening there is no longer the option of free childminding in the OSHC however if people have to bring their children, they can watch a video or dvd in the Junior School Library where we have the meetings. When and where?
Junior School Parent Advisory Group (PAG)7pm, 2nd Monday of each month at the Junior School Library. All parents are welcome to attend this friendly and informal meeting that works to support the Junior School. Middle School Parent Advisory Group (PAG)7pm, 2nd Monday of each month in the College Library Annexe. All year 6, 7, 8 and 9 parents are warmly invited to attend this friendly and informal discussion group concerning any Middle School issues. Senior School Parent Advisory Group (PAG)7pm, 2nd Monday of each month in the College Library Annexe. All Senior School parents are warmly invited to attend this friendly and informal discussion group concerning any Senior School issues. |
