Username and password
Students each receive a username and password when they are enrolled in a state school.
Usernames can be obtained from class teachers. Passwords can be reset by any class teacher who has a Windows laptop.
Middle and Senior school students can get their usernames and have their passwords reset at the Middle Senior Library by asking any staff member.

Each student enrolled in a state school receives a unique email address which is in the following format: email@example.com. This is part of the state-wide Department of Education Managed Internet Service (MIS) which incorporates a filtering tool for inappropriate language in email text and attachments.

This email must be used for all school related tasks, and must not be used for personal use. Any communication to College staff must be using school email.

Virtual Classrooms through
https://elearn.eq.edu.au; students will have received an email with a link to Virtual Classrooms they have been enrolled in
Class Notebooks through https://portal.office.com; students will have received an email with a link to the Class Notebooks they have been enrolled in
Learning Place EdStudios through
https://students.learningplace.eq.edu.au/; go to My Learning Space at top, then on Studios on the left, then on the class EdStudio. There are also many useful student resources and links in the Learning Place.

Students have access to ClickView Online
http://online.clickview.com.au/ which is a video library system.
Apart from subject related video resources, students can also access a range of "how to" videos that have been created by KGSC staff and students.
To access these, click on the Libraries menu at the top, then the Student - How To Videos in the menu on the left.
