Trackdance program (Year 3 to 6)

For students in Years 3 to 6, KGSC offers the Trackdance Program. This fun program introduces students to various dance styles and aims to inspire them, particularly boys, to feel as comfortable with dance training as they do in other physical pursuits. Classes are held once a week within school hours and some of the more technical aspects of dance begin to be incorporated as the year levels progress.

How to apply

Trackdance (Year 3) Entry via an annual try-out class held for interested Year 2 students in November.  The class held during school hours, involves fun movement and co-ordination assessments.

Trackdance (Years 4-6) Trackdance students are invited to continue in the program from year to year (no try-out required).  Any new students to the College, or current KGSC students wishing to join the program, are invited to try-out at the first Trackdance class of each school year.
