Technical support for students

​Middle Senior School Student Tech Hub

The Student Tech Hub is located in the Middle Senior School Campus Library.

Students in Years 6-12 can go to the Student Tech Hub at the following times:

  • Before school from 8.00am

  • During Middle Senior morning tea and lunch breaks

  • After school until 3.30pm

Students can get assistance with their ICT issues including:

  • network access eg usernames and password issues (class teachers can also assist with resetting passwords)

  • connecting BYOx laptops to the College network, including access to printing services and network drives

  • school owned\licenced software.

  • school provided online systems e.g. OneSchool, Daymap

Students may be required to show their current ID card (or timetable if this is not yet available) as proof of identity and year level.


​Additional technical support is available during the first three weeks of the new school year. Further details of arrangements are emailed to students, parents/carers and staff, and given in daily notices.
