To submit an application for Prep to Year 5 please click the below links to access the online portal.

Before you begin your application, please ensure you know whether you are submitting an in catchment or out of catchment application. The College catchment map can be accessed via the following link https://www.qgso.qld.gov.au/maps/edmap/ 

Together with your online application, you are required to submit some additional information, including the required supporting documentation as listed below; 

  • Birth certificate/Citizenship/Passport documents
  • Visa documents (if applicable)
  • Most recent school reports (not applicable for Prep applications)
  • Most recent NAPLAN report (if your child sat the most recent exam)
  • Current proof of residence e.g., a lease agreement, rates notice or contract of sale 
  • A utility bill e.g., electricity or gas

Prep applications are received the year prior to entry only (enrolling before August is recommended, prior to the Prep Information Session).

Students may apply for enrolment in Prep to Year 5 under the following categories.

Local Catchment Area

Student's principal place of residence is within the defined catchment area, you can check your home address via Ed Map https://www.qgso.qld.gov.au/maps/edmap/.

Out of catchment applications

Out of catchment students can apply via the following category:

  • ​ Sibling applications
Students can apply as an out of catchment sibling of a current student.
Please note that siblings are not eligible for automatic enrolment as per the College Enrolment Management Plan and submitting an application does not guarantee a place at the College.

Decision on enrolment

The Principal is responsible for all decisions on enrolments and may request any additional documentation and conduct other enquiries deemed necessary to satisfy eligibility criteria. Out of catchment enrolment application decisions are at the discretion of the Principal.

Middle and Senior School

To submit an application for Middle and Senior School (Years 6 - 12) please click the below links to access the online portal.

Out of catchment applications

Out of catchment students can apply via the following categories:

  • Excellence Programs

Applications can be submitted when the student is in Year 6 for Year 7 entry, via the following programs;

Academic Achievers Excellence Program

Art & Design School of Excellence

Dance Excellence

Music Excellence

Sporting Excellence (Football, Golf, Tennis & Volleyball)

  • ​​Sibling applications

Students can apply as an out of catchment sibling of a current student.
Please note that siblings are not eligible for automatic enrolment as per the College Enrolment Management Plan and submitting an application does not guarantee a place at the College.

Please note the following;

  • Year 7 entry applications are only received when the student is in Year 6.
  • The College is currently accepting applications for 2025 and 2026 only.
  • To pay the non-refundable $220 out of catchment application fee the College Bank Account is BSB 064157, Account 10000544. In the reference area please include your child's last name and the name of the Program e.g., Smith Football.
    If applying for multiple programs, the fee is payable only once.
  • The details and timelines for the Excellence Programs will be available on the website in mid term 1.
  • Students may apply for multiple Excellence Programs.
    However, students may only be enrolled into one Excellence Program, with the exception of the Academic Achievers (AA) Program. Students can participate in the Academic Achievers Program and one other Excellence Program e.g., AA & Music Excellence or AA & Football Excellence.
  • Submitting an application and payment of the out of catchment application fee does not guarantee entry into the College.

Non-catchment Excellence Application processing fees
A non-refundable processing fee of $220 applies for all new out-of-catchment Excellence Program applications. This fee is payable at the time the application is submitted and is not a guarantee of acceptance. If applying for multiple programs, the fee is payable only once.

The fee can be paid at the SUBShop on campus or by bank transfer to the College account: BSB 064 157 Account 10000544. 

Please ensure you identify your child's last name and the name of the Program e.g., Smith Football.

Decision on enrolment

Please note that submitting an application for enrolment does not guarantee a place at the College until the application has been approved by the Principal.
Where the Principal forms a preliminary view that an application will not satisfy the conditions of enrolment, applicants will be notified in writing. The applicant may respond to the Principal's preliminary view by making a submission to the Executive Principal, no later than seven days after receiving the preliminary view letter.

If no submission is received, the Principal's preliminary view will be treated as the final decision and no further notice will be provided.
If a submission is received, the Executive Principal will consider the submission and make a final decision, notice of which will be provided to the applicant as soon as is practicable.
There is no internal review of the Executive Principal's decision.

In-catchment Enrolment Applications

The Executive Principal is responsible for all decisions on enrolments and may request any additional documentation and conduct other enquiries deemed necessary to satisfy eligibility criteria.

Excellence Program Enrolment Applications

The Executive Principal is responsible for all decisions on excellence program enrolments and this decision on selection will be final.​
