The P&C meets at 7pm on the 3rd Monday of each month in the main College Library. The sub-committees usually meet the week prior to the P&C meetings.

What does the P&C do?
The College P&C Association looks after the Outside School Hours Care (OSHC), Tuckshop, and Stationary, Uniform and Bookshop (SUBshop) businesses, plus the Junior Parent Advisory Group (JPAG) for the Junior School and sponsors the Music and Swim Club sub-committees.
The College Principal attends the P&C meetings to discuss issues affecting the whole College. Representatives from the sub-committees and advisory groups attend the P&C meetings and can raise issues from their meetings held the previous week.
What does the PAG do?
The PAG Coordinator is a parent who chairs the PAG meeting and coordinates any PAG events. The PAG meetings are attended by the Sub-School Principals and other teaching staff as required. They are more informal than a P&C meeting and are a good way to keep up with sub-school issues. They provide an opportunity to meet other parents and share knowledge and experiences pertaining to the relevant sub-school their children attend.
Currently the Junior School is the only sub-school with a Parent Advisory Group. For more information please email the coordinator at
firstname.lastname@example.org or visit our website
PAG meetings for the Junior School are held on the second Monday of each month (excluding school holidays) at 7.00pm in the Junior School Library. All parents are invited to come along for a friendly relaxed chat and P&C planning.
Changes to the above dates or venues will be advertised in the College newsletter or on the P&C website
