The KGSC P&C Association meets on Mondays in Weeks 4 and 9 of each term, with the exception of term 4, when we meet in Weeks 4 and 8. Join us at 5:30pm in the SUB Shop Conference Room (entry via Gate 3, L'Estrange Terrace).
The Junior School P&C will meet on Tuesdays at 3:15pm in the Junior School Library during weeks 2 and 7. With the exception of the final meeting of the year, which will be in week 6.

What does the P&C do?The College P&C Association looks after the Outside School Hours Care (OSHC), Junior and Senior school Tuckshops, and Stationary, Uniform and Bookshop (SUBshop) businesses, plus the JSP&C sub-committee for the Junior School.
The College Principals attends the P&C meetings to discuss issues affecting the whole College. Representatives from the sub-committees and advisory groups attend the P&C meetings and can raise issues from their meetings held the previous week.
What does the Junior School P&C do?
The JSP&C is a sub-committee of the College P&C. The president is a parent who chairs the JSP&C meeting and coordinates any JSP&C events. The JSP&C meetings is attended by the Junior School Principal and other teaching staff as required.
They are more informal than a P&C meeting and are a good way to keep up with sub-school issues. They provide an opportunity to meet other parents and share knowledge and experiences pertaining to the relevant sub-school their children attend.
