Kelvin Grove State College is an active participant in the annual Queensland Debating Union competition. Over 4,000 students participate in the competition, including a number of KGSC teams selected from students in Years 8-12.
Students involved with the debating program consistently demonstrate incredible levels of dedication, and truly embody the college’s credo of ‘pursuing excellence with all thy might’. Every year a number of our teams progress to the final series of the QDU competition.
Debating at Kelvin Grove State College continues to grow increasingly robust, and we welcome enthusiastic orators to join one of our teams and get involved in this rewarding program.
