Middle Senior School Student Tech Hub
The Student Tech Hub is located in the Middle Senior School Campus Library.
Students in Years 6-12 can go to the Student Tech Hub at the following times:
Students can get assistance with their ICT issues including:
network access eg usernames and password issues (class teachers can also assist with resetting passwords)
- NOTE: During Term 1 Weeks 1-3 see Library staff as the Student Tech Hub prioritises assisting with technical issues with BYOx laptop onboarding during this period
connecting BYOx laptops to the College network, including access to printing services and network drives
- NOTE: Students should attempt to onboard their BYOx laptop at home (recommended as the laptop may require updates to be downloaded and installed).

school provided online systems e.g. OneSchool, Daymap
Students may be required to show their current ID card (or timetable if this is not yet available) as proof of identity and year level.
Additional technical support is available during the first three weeks of the new school year. Further details of arrangements are emailed to students, parents/carers and staff, and given in daily notices.
