Last Monday saw the 4th & Final Round of the Intercollegiate Series for 2024 at Keperra Country Golf Club. There were some great individual and team results for KG Golf Excellence Program.
Congratulation to Anthony on winning the Senior Boys best Gross – 70. Our Junior Squads performed extremely well on the day with Bee winning the day with 44 stableford points & Willa runner up with 37 points. From a team perspective, the Junior Girls 2 (Summer, Willa
& Bee) team won the day with 81 points and Boys Team 1 (Aahan, Byron & Umang) were runners up with 68 points. KG continued the dominance with the Girls Team 1 (Ella, Janie & Eunice) coming 3rd with 63 points.
2024 was a fantastic year for the Junior teams in the Intercollegiate Series. KG Junior Girls 2 team won the overall Team of the Year with 32 points and Girls team 1 3rd on 28 points. Both Willa & Bee were named in the Junior All Intercollegiate Team of the Year. KG Senior Boy Team 1 (Ben, Anthony, Ethan, Daniel & Bailey) were a very close 2nd overall for 2024. Anthony capped off a great year being named in the All Intercollegiate Team of the year.
