The Minister was joined by Grace Grace, MP for McConnell and Minister for State Development and Infrastructure, Minister for Industrial Relations, and Minister for
Racing, Dr Robyn Littlewood, Health and Wellbeing Queensland Chief Executive Officer, and Ms Deanne Wooden, Queensland Association of School Tuckshops (QAST) Chief Executive Officer.
Our VIPs were joined by College Executive Principal Joel Buchholz, Middle School Principal Jessica Walker, P&C Director Amy Giblin, and Tuckshop Manager Julie McMahon. A big shoutout to our College Captains and leaders who greeted our guests and shared their insights on the importance of healthy eating and access to healthy food whilst on the school grounds. It was a great opportunity to celebrate the government’s commitment and contribution to school tuckshops and to a healthier future for all students.
