We are thrilled to share that Claire Thompson, a former student of KG, was honoured with a prestigious Academic Excellence Prize, UQ’s ‘Brisbane Women's Club Young Achiever Prize’, during The Women's College Academic Dinner last month.
The awards recognize the outstanding academic achievements and leadership excellence of Women's College residents, considering their cumulative university results from the previous year and the specific criteria of each prize. Many of these
awards have a rich history, established through generous donor bequests or by dedicated College alumnae and their esteemed Council.
