Our 2023 College Captains are on a mission to make a difference and create positive change in our community.

Cassidy -
“Captaincy is, at its finest, about lifting those around you up. I will always choose to act towards making someone’s day better, whether that’s a small action like exchanging a passing smile or a bigger action like helping fundraise for an issue they believe in."
“I’ve spent most of my life in the UAE, a very multicultural place, so I grew up valuing diversity and inclusion and felt I could apply this to my work as captain, providing a unique perspective shaped by my experience overseas. I also recognise what a privilege it is to have access to education and the opportunities that coincide, so for the many that don’t have the same privilege, I pride myself on never taking those opportunities for granted. I will forever raise my hand and volunteer, put myself out there, eager to make a meaningful difference!”
Sandave -
“I endeavour to make college life easier for everyone, to help both the students' and teachers' voices to be heard, and to create an environment that values diversity, creativity, and innovation. But most importantly, to help people make memories. To lead in a way that makes a lasting impact for all that come to Kelvin Grove."
