Yesterday, Kelvin Grove State College proudly hosted the launch of the Australian Computer Society (ACS) Young Tech Ambassadors program. This initiative aims to prepare students for digital career pathways, emphasizing the importance of digital skills across all industries.

The ACS Young Tech Ambassadors program, in partnership with the Queensland State Government, connects current digital professionals with the next generation of tech workers. This collaboration aims to inspire secondary school students to explore the incredible opportunities available in digital technologies.

As a preferred partner of the Queensland branch of ACS, our school benefits from strong industry connectivity and support. This partnership informs our curriculum programs and offers industry-focused professional development and networking opportunities for KGSC staff and students.

A special thank you to the ACS team, industry guests, and presenters Josh and Kimberley for sharing their journeys, challenges, and successes as digital students and professionals. Your insights have undoubtedly inspired our students to consider exciting futures in the digital world.
