Yesterday we welcomed Chef Matt Golinski to our Hospitality kitchens.

Matt’s passion for cooking with seasonal, locally produced ingredients not only enhances the
flavours of his dishes but also reduces the carbon footprint associated with food production and transportation.
Beyond his culinary expertise, Matt is a true inspiration when it comes to encouraging the next generation to pursue a pathway in hospitality. He actively engages with young aspiring chefs, sharing his knowledge, skills, and enthusiasm for the culinary arts.
